This 5-day tour of Northern Morocco covers some of the more visit-worthy sites and cities that include the cool blue-town of Chefchaouen, the ancient Roman capital of Volubilis, the colorful Maghreb of Fes, the portal of Sale, the empire of pirates of Morocco. Let’s take a closer look:

This 5 days private tour to the North of Morocco starts from Tangier and covers some of the must see sites and cities including the magical blue town of Chefchaouen, the historical roman city of Volubilis, the 8th century Medina of Fes not to forget the empire of pirates in Sale right across the river from Rabat. Lets get into more details :

DAY 1 : TANGIERS – CHEFCHAOUEN ( 2 hour drive)

This Moroccan Tour starts by picking you up at your Hotel, Port or Airport, have a visit of the beautiful Tangier for a day tour then transfer to Chefchaouen drop yout luggage and rest for the day.

Day 2 : Chefchaouen – Fez

After breakfast, have a tour inside the old part of Chefchaouen and have lunch, then drive to Fez and enjoy a panoramic view of Meknes on the way

Days 3 and 4 : Full Day Tour in Fez

One day is hardly enough to visit all the wonders of the most ancient of the imperial cities and world famous for its leather and metalwork to not mention the koranic medersas or the leather tanneries, the 9500 derbs (narrow alleys) and all the sounds, smells and sights. Fes conjures the image of the quintessential fabled Arab city as Baghdad at the time of the 1001 nights. Visit of the city with a local English speaking guide. Accommodation as per the previous night.

DAY 5 : FES – RABAT ( 2 hour drive).

After and early breakfast, we will drive to Rabat and go out for a stroll around Kasbah des Oudayas and the necropolis of Chelah. Time allowing, visit Mohamed 6 museum, the best collection of modern Moroccan artists. 

After lunch, drive to Assilah (2 Hours drive) and spend the afternoon wondering inside this beautiful fishing village, then back to Tangier.
